1 Rainbow Chard bunch - leaves and stems separated and chopped
1 Onion (large) chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
1 Pinch(es) Salt (to taste)
1 Pinch(es) Black Pepper (to taste)
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
4 Ounce(s) Feta Cheese broken into 1/2 inch pieces

How to make Roasted Swiss Chard w/Feta

  Heat up the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of olive oil into a Bowl, & add the Swiss Chard stems & onions.

  Add a pinch of salt & pepper, & place it all on a greased Baking Sheet. Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes, until the stems are softened & the onion is golden! Now, in the same Bowl, mix 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, salt & pepper with the Swiss Chard leaves.

  Place it over the stem mixture and scatter feta cheese all over! Put it back in the oven for 20 minutes, until the stems are tender, the leaves are crisp & the feta is melted & golden.
