How to make Homemade Parmesan & Garlic Chicken Wings
01 Fire up the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
02 Line a Baking Sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Bring a large Stockpot of water, vinegar, ¼ Cup salt, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, and rosemary to a boil, then add the chicken wings and cook for 15 minutes before removing with a Slotted Spoon to a Cooling Rack and letting them dry for 15 minutes.
03 Mash garlic and a pinch of salt in a Mortar & Pestle until smooth, then combine with olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large Bowl. Toss the wings in the mixture along with the bread crumbs and ½ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
04 Transfer to the Baking Sheet and sprinkle with the remaining ½ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
05 Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown, then serve with creamy Italian dressing for dipping!
