02 Start with half of the cooked pasta in the dish, then layer on the provolone cheese, followed by a generous helping of sour cream & cottage cheese.
03 Add the remaining pasta and top with mozzarella & Parmesan cheese.
04 Pour in the meat mixture (made by heating olive oil in a Skillet over medium heat and cooking onion until tender, stirring in rosemary & garlic, adding ground beef & sausage, and seasoning with salt) & spread it evenly over the cheeses.
05 Bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through & the cheeses are melted.
