A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese. Jalapeño poppers bring the kick and the ciabatta bread's buttery bread makes for a fun but familiar take. Not into ciabatta? Try sourdough bread which works great as well!

How to make Jalapeño Grilled Cheese Sandwich
01 Combine cream cheese, sour cream & pickled jalapenos in a small Bowl. Set aside & preheat Skillet over medium heat.
02 Slice each roll in half horizontally & slice the rounded tops off the ciabatta rolls to create a flat top. Spread 1 Teaspoon butter on the doughy cut side of the bottom bun & 1 Teaspoon butter on the flattened top bun. Place ½ of the cream cheese mixture, ½ of the crushed chips & ½ of the Shredded cheese on the non-buttered side of the bottom bun. Place the flattened top bun on the sandwich & set on the hot Skillet. Repeat with the second sandwich.
03 Grill until lightly browned & flip over, about 3-5 minutes, then continue grilling until cheese is melted & the second side is golden brown!
