brand). If you do not have access to this item, you may use tapioca powder/starch/flour
instead.
No Beef Broth:
Use (organic) vegetable or chicken broth instead. *I used Calgary's own 'High-Vibe Health'
beef broth.
Green Onion:
This recipe originally incorporates green onion. Since onion is a high-FODMAP food
ingredient that can typically be one of the MOST problematic for those navigating SIBO,
please omit, or incorporate with personal discretion as tolerated.
Leftovers:
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer.
