01 Begin by boiling a Large Pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook to al dente according to the package instructions.
02 Once the pasta starts to cook, melt butter in a Skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté while stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
03 Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, cream and Italian seasoning and stir until smooth. Allow the sauce to simmer at a gentle bubble for about 5 minutes or until it thickens to your liking (adjust the heat as needed)
04 Season the sauce will salt and pepper to your liking. You can also add a pinch of sugar if you find the sauce too acidic.
05 Drain the pasta and stir in the sauce. If the sauce becomes too thick you can add a splash of hot pasta water. Top with parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
