How to make Healthy & Delicious Banana Oat Muffins
01 Set your oven to 350°F and grease or line a Muffin Pan with cooking spray or butter.
02 Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large Bowl.
03 Add the mashed bananas to another large Bowl, and add the eggs, honey, olive oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix just enough to blend the dry ingredients without over-mixing. If you choose, you can now include nuts or chocolate chips.
04 Split the mixture among the 12 Muffin Cups and, if preferred, top with cinnamon and rolled oats. A toothpick put into a muffin should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking.
