This tilapia recipe is definitely one of my favorites! By making a few small tweaks like cutting down the amount of butter and using light mayo, this recipe is a little healthier than others that I've tried!

How to make Healthier Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
01 Preheat your oven broiler and grease up your Broiling Pan or line it with aluminum foil.
02 Mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise & lemon juice & season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder & celery salt in a small Bowl.
03 Mix it all together & set it aside. Arrange the fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan, then broil a few inches away from the heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip the fillets over & broil for 2-3 minutes more.
04 Remove the fillets from the oven & cover the top side with your Parmesan mixture. Broil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, another 2 minutes or so.
