01 Bake cake according to instructions on the package. Set aside to fully cool down to room temperature.
02 Cut the cake into chunks and add to a large Bowl. Crumble the cake into fine crumbs. Add the frosting and combine with your hands or a spoon. Add small amounts of frosting if needed until the cake holds together when squeezed.
03 Roll the cake into even sized balls, place on a lined Baking Sheet and place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
04 In a small Glass Bowl, melt the candy melts in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds, remove and stir, then microwave in 15 second intervals until completely melted.
05 Remove cake balls from fridge and dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the melts and then insert the stick into the cake ball about half way.
06 Carefully spoon the candy melts over the cake pops until completely covered. Before chocolate sets, place an M&M on the cake pop.
07 Once the chocolate is set use icing pens to add a small black dot on the M&Ms and red veins on the eyeballs.
