How to make Grandma's Chocolate Fudge

Line an 8x8 inch Pan with aluminum foil & set aside. Get your Saucepan ready over medium heat & combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter & salt.

Bring to a full boil & cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat & pour in semisweet & milk chocolate chips, stirring until everything is melted & mixture is smooth.

Mix in some nuts & vanilla, then pour it all into the prepared pan.
