How to make Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce
01 Start by combining olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and salt in a large resealable bag.
02 Add the chicken and coat with the marinade. Squeeze out the excess air and seal. Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
03 While the chicken is marinating, mix together yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and salt in a Bowl - and don't forget to refrigerate for 1-2 hours for the flavors to blend. Don't forget to soak Wooden Skewers in cold water for 15 minutes!
04 Preheat your outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the Grate. Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread onto the soaked Skewers - then discard the unused marinade.
05 Grill the Skewers, turning frequently until browned on all sides and the chicken is no longer pink in the center (about 7-8 minutes per side).
