How to make Baked Pork Chops
01 Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
02 Rinse pork Chops and pat dry, seasoning on both sides with garlic powder and seasoning salt.
03 Beat two eggs in a small Bowl. Dredge the pork Chops in the flour lightly, dipping in the egg and then coating generously with breadcrumbs.
04 In a medium Skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the pork Chops until breading well browned, about 4 mins per side. Transfer the pork Chops into a 9” x 13” baking dish, covering with foil.
05 Bake in oven for 1 hour. While they are baking, in a medium Bowl mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine.
06 Once the pork Chops have cooked for the hour, remove from oven and cover the pork Chops with the soup mixture. Place foil back on pan and continue baking for 30 mins.
