Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection, these wedges are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried potatoes.
01 Thoroughly wash your russet potatoes under cool water and pat dry. Using your Cutting Board, cut each potato into 12 length wise wedges.
02 Place wedges in a Bowl and fill with cold water until the wedges are just covered. Let them soak in the water for 30 minutes in the fridge (this will help make them more crispy).
03 Once the 30 minutes is up, thoroughly dry the wedges and place them in a clean dry Bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat all the wedges.
04 Sprinkle the chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper over the wedges and toss to coat. You want to make sure there is an even amount of seasoning on all the wedges.
05 Place wedges in Air Fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to over crowd it. I place them skin side down.
06 Air Fry the wedges at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. They are done when they have a crispy texture, are golden brown and can be easily pierced with a fork.
