How to make Egg & Bacon Toasted Breakfast Burritos
01 Start by melting 1 Tablespoon of butter in a medium nonstick Skillet over medium-high heat and cook the veggies & bacon - stirring occasionally - until the veggies are tender & the bacon is crisp (about 4 minutes).
02 Meanwhile, in a small Bowl, Whisk together the eggs & water. Add the eggs to the Skillet and stir until the eggs are set. Now, remove the egg & veggie mixture from the Skillet and evenly divide between the tortillas.
03 Top with cheese, then roll 'em up! To seal & toast these burritos, wipe the Skillet with paper towels & melt the remaining ½ Tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
04 Place the burritos seam-side-down in the Skillet and cook - flipping once - until they're golden brown (about 2 minutes)! Enjoy your Egg & Bacon Toasted Breakfast Burritos!
