How to make Naan Bread
01 Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large Bowl, let stand for 10 minutes until frothy & generously oil another Bowl.
02 Stir in sugar, milk, egg & salt to the yeast mixture & mix in enough flour to make a soft dough.
03 Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, 6-8 minutes.
04 Place dough in the prepared oil, cover with a damp cloth & let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
05 Punch down dough on a lightly floured surface & knead in garlic. Pinch off small handfuls of dough (about the size of a golf ball), roll into a ball & place on a tray.
06 Cover with a towel & let rise until doubled in size (about 30 minutes).
07 Preheat a large Grill Pan over high heat. Roll each piece of dough into a thin circle, brush some melted butter on the preheated Grill Pan, place the pieces of dough in the pan (as many as you can fit) & cook until puffy & lightly browned (2-3 minutes).
08 Brush butter onto the uncooked sides, flip & cook until browned (2-4 more minutes).
09 Remove from the grill & repeat to cook the remaining naan!
