How to make Just Like Cinnabon
01 For the dough: in the pan of your Bread Machine, place milk, eggs, margarine, flour, salt, white sugar, and yeast in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle and press start.
02 Once dough has doubled in size, turn dough out on a floured surface and cover it with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 mins.
03 On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into a 16”x21” rectangle.
04 For the filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small Bowlr and cinnamon in a small Bowl. Spread out softened butter on the dough and then evenly sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mix.
05 On the wider side of the rolled out dough, carefully roll up the dough into a cylinder. Cut evenly into 12 rolls and place on a lightly greased 9”x13 ” pan. Cover pan with a tea towel and allow to rise until nearly doubled in size, about 30 mins.
06 In the meantime, prehat oven to 400 F (200 C.)
07 Once rolls are ready, bake in oven until golden brown, about 15 mins.
08 While the rolls are in the oven, prepare the icing: with a Hand Mixer, beat confectioners' sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until creamy.
