How to make Great Grilled Salmon
01 To create the perfect marinade, Whisk together peanut oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, green onions, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, red chile flakes, sesame oil & salt.
02 Place your fish in a Large Glass Dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Preheat the grill, oil the rack and adjust the height to 5 inches from the coals.
03 Remove the salmon from the marinade and grill for 10 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at the thickest part), or until it just flakes when tested with a fork.
04 Don't forget to turn it halfway through cooking! Depending on marinating time, ingredients, cooking method, etc., the actual amount of the marinade consumed will vary.
