How to make Blackberry Pie
01 Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).
02 Mix together 3 ½ Cups of the blackberries with ½ Cup sugar and flour in a large Bowl. Spoon mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading remaining berries on top and covering with the top crust. Seal and crimp the edges, cutting vents into the top crust so steam can escape while baking.
03 Brush the top of the pie with milk and sprinkle evenly with the rest of the sugar.
04 Bake pie in oven for 15 mins. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 375 F (190 C) and bake until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown, an additional 20-25 mins. Cool on a Wire Rack.
